Business Analyst (1992-1993)
. Responsible for needs assessment, software design, selection, and new system implementation. Design office automation for internal business units and field offices.
· Responsible for implementation of a new contact manager system at field sales offices. This including system installation, data conversion, and training / supporting new users at all U.S. field sales offices.
· Perform analysis and research on Novell's new library automation system. Obtain a 75% price-break from one vendor and save $66,500 on the five-year maintenance contract over the existing system.

Research / Marketing Analyst (1990-1992)
Perform product and market research for Novell’s Advanced Technology Group.
· Research over 100 new products, technologies, and services for upper Information Services management and business analysts.
· Train I.S. staff on earning CNE (Certified NetWare Engineer) certification via individual consultation and group presentations.

Provide LAN and all other computer-related support for Novell’s Corporate Communications department. Manage the mail room and literature fulfillment crews. Design and program custom software to meet the needs of Novell business units.
